THERE IS SPARRING IN THIS CLASS! It is TKD rules, but the tactics are different. WE DO NOT TEACH ONLY SPORT, BUT A MORE PRACTICAL APPLICATION. We do sparring sessions at the end of each class. This way a student builds confidence in the face of confrontation and has alot of fun too. The idea is to develope self-control and respect for one another.
